About of DBMS
(A DBMS is a collection of programmers, that enables user to create and maintain a data base. The DBMS is a general purpose software systems that facilities the process of defining, constructing and manipulating data bases for various applications)
Defining a data base involved specifying the data type, structured and constrains for the data to be stored in the data base. Constructing the data base is the process of storing the data itself on some storage medium i.e, canceled by the DBMS.
Manipulating a data base includes such function as querying the database to retrieve specific data, updating the database any generating report from the data.
