What is string buffer class ?

It  is  a  peer  of  string  class.  While  string  creates  of  fixed_length,  String  Buffer  creates  strings  of  flexible  length  that  can  be  modified  in  terms  of  both  length  content.  We  can  insert  characters  and  substring  in  the  middle  of  a  string  or  append  another  string  to  the  end.
